Assistant Hospitality Manager

Marius’ career in hospitality began in international 5-star hotels in Germany and after studying in the Netherlands, he came to New Zealand. Drawn to the great wines of New Zealand first Marius to Waiheke Island where he worked for the likes of Cable Bay and Te Motu Vineyards restaurants. After a few years on Waiheke, Marius then moved to Hawkes Bay where he was Assistant Restaurant Manager at the Farm at Cape Kidnappers before joining us at Te Awa Winery & Restaurant.
